UNDERTAKING & RELEASE

I understand that engaging in physical exercise and workout routines can result in injury and I am aware that I should have a thorough physical examination performed by a physician confirming my ability to exercise and undergo fitness routines and/or nutritious programs as prescribed by Fitter & Healthier You. I also fully understand and agree that the use of the workout routines and nutrition program is at my own risk and assume complete liability in respect of the same and I hereby release Fitter & Healthier You and its associates from any liability in case of injury, illness, death, loss or damage to personal effects.

I agree, confirm and acknowledge to the following, as applicable to me of my own free will and volition:

(a) I declare that I am not suffering from any infectious, chronic or any other disease, which makes me, unfit for undertaking exercise and/or work-out routines and adopt nutrition programs or any other services as prescribed by Fitter & Healthier You.

(b) I also declare that I am not suffering from asthma, epilepsy or any other medical problem which requires immediate medical attention.

(c) In case I have any medical problems requiring any specific care and consideration, documents in respect of the same shall be submitted by me with Fitter & Healthier You, prior to engaging its services and commencing workout plans.

I further agree, confirm and undertake that the work-out routines and videos to which I am provided access to shall be maintained as confidential information by me and shall not be disclosed to third-parties and/or used for personal gain in any competing activity whatsoever. In the event of any violation of Fitter & Healthier You(s) privacy policy, terms & conditions, Intellectual Property, trade secrets and undertaking due to any unlawful actions on my part, I herein confirm to reimburse Fitter & Healthier You(s) with appropriate remedies including but not limited to liquidated damages and/or injunctive reliefs.
